All assessment questions, scoring methods, reports, text, graphics, branding, software and other content are the intellectual property of Pūr Energy Life unless otherwise stated. No part of the service may be copied, reproduced, modified or resold without prior written consent.
All prices are displayed before purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Access to premium reports is provided after successful payment.
Due to the immediate digital delivery of personalised assessment reports, all purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
We do not guarantee that the assessment results will accurately describe every individual, improve your relationships, produce any particular outcome, or be suitable for every situation. Results are generated from the information you provide and are intended as guidance only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pūr Energy Life, Allison Cairns and any associated employees, contractors or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, injury, claim or expense arising from use of the assessment, reliance on assessment results, interruption of service, technical errors, or inability to access the service.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the assessment or any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
